Don’t completely freak out, or for that matter, celebrate, just yet. Simon discussed earlier this week, the fact that he is so busy he may have to drop a project, and American Idol may be the one. The traveling involved between the U.S. and Great Britain is a little much seeing how he is doing three shows. But he has a year contract with Idol and has told the Associated Press he has come to no decision about how he plans to cut back on his schedule.
I personally think it would suck if Simon left because he makes it more interesting and honest. Also, I’m not so much a fan of “the new judge” so far.
